German Helles Lager - 10 Gallon Batch (All Grain)
Opening this site up with the first pictures and thoughts about my homebrewing experience. Here are some pictures of my first Lager batch in the new converted chest freezer. 10 gallons of all grain German Helles Lager. Just moved into the Lager stage and will report back in a few weeks. Great temperature control with the Ranco temperature controller.
